Refund policy

We maintain strict quality checks to ensure every saree meets our standards before dispatch. However, in rare cases, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received

Important Conditions

An unedited full-length unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of any claim regarding damage or incorrect product.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product and it successfully passes our quality inspection.

Refund processing timeline is 2–3 working days after approval.

Return shipping charges may vary depending on the reason for return.

Please note that sarees purchased during special promotions or customised orders may not be eligible for return unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched.
